History
2018 - 2020
In 2018, brothers Thijs & Stef Terluin started an internet company called Terluin Webdesign. We started very simply from the attic room and our first few customers were mainly from the neighborhood (in Akersloot). And family/acquaintance. Due to our limited budget, we mainly advertised for our first customers in the Witte Blaadje, the weekly village newspaper with a circulation of no less than 2,300. Soon we started investing the profits back into online marketing and our company started to look more and more like a business. As young guys, it was difficult in the beginning to be taken seriously by larger companies, so our focus was mainly on starters.
Founding
2021 - 2022
During the long flu period, Thijs and Stef chose to go into an office, the amount of work and the hustle and bustle at home started to get on our nerves a bit. That is why we chose to move into an office in Alkmaar. A neat office with a meeting room, a kitchen and 3 neat workplaces. A big step for us, and this step also came with an enormous growth. You could say that we needed the new pressure, which is how we attracted a large number of customers.
This was also the year where we realized that being dependent on a third party and therefore not hosting the website & domain ourselves often slowed us down enormously. So we delved into hosting WordPress websites, and not many weeks later we had our first hosting customers.
Relocation & Expansion
2022 - 2024
After laying a good foundation for a great online business for ourselves, we started preparing to scale up, more services, more collaborations and more partnerships.
Over these years we have built up an even larger network in the online world. Stef has traveled around the world and started to expand his international network, also with an eye to the future. Because why limit ourselves to the Dutch market?
Finding partners with the same mindset and ambition as us is not easy, so sometimes you have to look further. Broaden your horizons and come back recharged with fresh energy.
In 2023 we did one of our largest projects ever for GP Groot, namely the Moois initiative. After all these major developments, we also realized that this is actually what we want, and that is to build for the great thinkers. And the parties that see the value of online.
Custom development has always been our specialty, but we first had to lay a foundation in order to be trusted. We therefore changed our mission to:

Soon enough, our most intensive partnership started, namely iApples.
Network & Partnerships
2024 - now
In mid-2024 we launched our new website where we have added more services, new projects and where we have chosen to emphasize what we enjoy the most. And that is custom development. In the coming years we will be the committed online partner that our customers are used to. We can't wait to achieve even more growth for both our partners and ourselves.
